The governor of Niger state called Amaechi (during the nPDP saga) and told him to beware of Tinubu (who at that time promised Amaechi VP position in APC).
Aliyu's point then was that Tinubu is well known for reneging on agreement once his interest is served.
Amechi being who he is, already saw himself as the VP of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He was blindfolded, used and dumped( like a harlot) by the same people that encouraged him to fight the Federal Govt.
Ever wonder why he has suddenly become reticent and downcast recently.
Well, such is life. History is replete with men who were betrayed by their closest friends. Julius caesar was murdered by his friend and confidant Brutus.
Amaechi has been deceived by those he fought for against his own region and against his own people. He remains the biggest loser ever in Nigeria political history.
Will he swallow his pride and return to the national party, the PDP? I doubt.
Presently, his is being pacified with a promise of key ministerial position in APC.
As usual, he will fall for this and continue to dance surugede without realizing that surugede is the dance of the spirits.
