Nigeria state is at war; the 2015 Election should be postponed according to section 135 of the 1999 constitution as amended
"Boko haram is not a terrorist group but a seccessionist movement aimed at recreating an ancient Islamic El Kanemi Caliphates in the NorthEast of Nigeria. which can be likened to the 2 Nigeria Civil war. In view of this fact the presidency and the national Assembly must invoke Section 135 of the 1999 constitution
" . Section 135 of the 1999 Constitution as amended states, “If the Federation is at war in which the territory of Nigeria is physically involved and the President considers that it is not practicable to hold elections, the National Assembly may by resolution extend the period of four years mentioned in subsection (2) of this section from time to time; but no such extension shall exceed a period of six months at any one time.”

Boko Haram’s Capture Of Mubi: Fear Grips Yola
RESIDENTS of Yola are now living in fear following the take over of Mubi, the commercial centre of Adamawa State, by members of the Boko Haram sect. The terrorists sacked soldiers from the barracks in the town and seized other security agents’ offices.
A survivor, Alhaji Umar Shehu, a cow dealer in Mubi market who told The Guardian that he lost two of his wives and five children during the massacre in Mubi, blamed the high number of casualties on soldiers who he alleged prevented residents from leaving the troubled town until the insurgents over powered the military and captured the helpless civilians.
Another survivor, Mr. Emeka Chris Ugo, a motor spear parts dealer, said he slept in the bush with his wife and three children and trekked for over 150 kilometers to Gombe town before they got a vehicle to Yola. He said some of his friends and relations have escaped to Cameroun for safety due to the blocking of exit roads by the military.
“On the day I arrived Yola, I told my God that created me that in my life, I will never visit Adamawa again. I am on my way to east now”, he said.
A top security officer who spoke with The Guardian on condition of anonymity said that the death toll was over 250, pointing out that many people were killed in their houses.
