According to Sahara Reporters, Fayose threw the jab at the former
president when he met him at the Okuku mansion of the deposed governor
of the state, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, after a "thanksgiving service" in his
honor by friends and family.
Fayose had allegedly gone round greeting other guests but ignored Obasanjo who then saw the need to call him out.
In a fit of rage, Obasanjo called Fayose 'bastard'. An infuriated Fayose, then moved menacingly towards Obasanjo, waved his finger in his face and called him the "father of bastards".
