Ibadan agog for Jonathan rally

The historic city of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital is now literally vibrating and ready to play host to the other states in South-West for a historic rally put together by the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN) to entreat President Goodluck Jonathan to seek a renewal of his mandate to pilot the affairs of the nation for the next four years.
A spokesperson for the advocacy group, Prof. Joe Okanlawon told journalists in Ibadan that the people of the zone are eagerly awaiting the day of the rally to speak with one voice that Dr. Jonathan should continue to pilot the affairs of Nigeria because he has done a very good job in the first tenure which according to him has made it necessary for the renewal of his mandate.
The TAN chieftain, who is also a sociologist of repute noted that the interesting aspect of the mobilization to call on the president to run for second tenure is that people across the length and breadth of the South-West gladly embraced the idea of having Dr Jonathan for another four years which according to him is symbolic of the positive impact the transformation agenda of the president has on them.
