It is alleged that Jonathan PDP is ''too slow'' in fulfilling his
campaign promises to SE on second Niger Bridge. Further the PDP
defrauded Ndi-Igbo because that the bridge users will tolls on the
second Niger Bridge.

Frankly speaking APC failed woefully in this regard as Buhari APC rants of CHANGE said nothing about this all important second Niger Bridge project.
