A case study is the Nigerian ports and the Foreign exchange sector where Fela Anikulapo Kuti was harassed and intimidated over $1685 while the Emir of Gwandu the then ADC to Buhari was allowed to bring in suitcases of dollars through the airport just because he is Hausa Fulani.
