2015 Elections: Adeboye allays fears of election violence, rubbishes political affiliations

Pastor Enoch Adeboye
The General Overseer, Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has predicted peaceful polls in February.
The RCCG pastor, who was in Akwa yesterday, for the Eminent Personality Lunch at the Best Western Meloch Hotel, Akwa, said Nigerians should all put their minds at peace as the election would be violent free.

Nigerian Tribune reports that Adeboye quoting bible verses to back up his point said nothing would happen before and after the election.
He said “God is in control” and called on Nigerians not to fear or anticipate any violence.
The GO of RCCG further advised politicians to play the game according to the rules, pray fervently and seek the face of God because “God gives power and whoever He desires, He gives it to.”
“We should be contented with what God gives or what He will give us, and it is not a do or die affair.”
He further cleared the air that he was not a politician neither does he belongs to a political party rather a pastor with a voice of God sent to deliver the good news.
