The Buhari propagandists are now circulating this image and calling it certificate. THIS IS NOT A CERTIFICATE. Certificates are issued on individual basis and carries only the name of the individual. Being a fellow does not mean that the person participated in academic courses in that school. Nigerians know that Buhari was a former military administrator of Borno and that could have been the reason why he was awarded International fellow of the college.

Let us stop dancing around and be sincere for once. Let Buhari produce
his academic certificate and put the matter to rest. Any other thing
amounts to continued deceit which Nigerians are not willing to accept.
