AU ECOSOCC General Assembly Meeting closed on 22 Dec, 2014.
The Conference was very successful, according to the Biafra representative, Barr Emeka Emekesri. "Apart from the general discussion on African Affairs, it was an opportunity for the Delegates to play international politics for the benefit of the countries and groups that sent them. In our own case, we played proper international politics for the Biafra Independence under our human rights advocacy. I had good discussions with the men who can make things to happen" he stated.
The first photograph is Barr Emekesri and Dr Joseph Chilengi, the President of Political Affairs of the African Union and the Head of the ECOSOCC General Assembly. The second photograph is him ,Dr Joseph Chilengi, and Her Excellency, Amina Mohamed, the Cabinet Secretary and Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Kenya, representing the Government of Kenya.
More diplomatic channels have been opened, Biafra offices have been open in various countries like United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany, Australia, Ivory Coast and more are on the pipe line.
Just recently, the customary administration of Indigenous People of Biafra through her leadership, the institution of Supreme Council of Elders SCE sent delegation to Ivory Coast government to thank them for their support for Biafra in at the time the world turned their back on Biafra people, giving our leader a good residence throughout his years in exile.
