The top 3 cancer fighting nuts



Nuts and seeds can be a delicious addition to any day. They work so well in trail mixes or just alone, but did you know that they could actually fight disease like cancer and heart disease?

Eating nuts can decrease rate of heart disease and cancer and even extend the life expectancy rate according to many studies. In recent studies, results were seen in peanuts, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, and other tree nuts. And, researchers did not look at the way they were prepared being raw, roasted, oiled, or salted.
In the study, 119,000 men and women who ate nuts every day were 20% less likely to die during the study period than those who never ate nuts.
Researchers do not seem to know why nuts boost…..
