Buhari, Tinubu in closed-door meeting

Barely a week after  former Head of State, General Muhammadu Buhari, escaped bomb attack in Kaduna,  he had a closed-door meeting with a frontline leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu in Kaduna yesterday.
Tinubu, who was accompanied by a few party members and officials, declined to talk to journalists after the meeting, but only shook hands and left the Kaduna home of the former head of state.
Checks by Daily Sun revealed that the meeting might not be unconnected with the recent attempt on Buhari’s life in a bomb attack last week in Kaduna, a development that had continued to attract dignitaries to Kaduna on symphaty visit.
General Buhari did not speak to journalists on the visit, but was seen exchanging pleasantries with other guests, who came to commiserate with him.
