JEWISH DEMOCRAT TURNS ON OBAMA , SAYS HE’S HELPING THE TERRORISTS.

Every once in a great while, a voice of reason emerges from the dark, dank depths of the Democratic Party.

New York State Assemblyman Dov Hikind, a Jewish Democrat, has spoken out against the way President Obama and his administration have handled the Israeli-Hamas conflict in the Gaza strip.

The president seems to be opposing Israel at every step of the way in their fight to to put an end to Hamas rockets raining down on the country, demanding that the Israeli government surrender to the terrorist group.

He’s also done the unthinkable and abandoned Israel for the first time in the U.N. Security Council, supporting the Council’s decision to demand a cease-fire between the warring factions.

According to Fox News, Hikind is upset with these actions, calling the Obama administration “out of control” and stating that America would respond in similar fashion to rockets being launched into the New York area.

“The United States says ‘Israel, you may defend yourself,’ then ties Israel’s hands” he said.

The New York Assemblyman said he makes no apologies for telling the truth, nor is he concerned with losing popularity among his colleagues in the Democratic Party for supporting Israel.

“My Democratic friends know the truth,” he said.

Hikind is absolutely correct. The actions taken by the Obama administration are insulting to one of this country’s longest friends and allies in the Middle East.

Israel was provoked by Hamas into fighting. Any casualties sustained by the Palestinians are the result of this provocation, and therefore the responsibility falls on Hamas.

Hamas are not victims or revolutionaries. They are terrorists with a charter that demands all Jews be murdered and the world be taken over by radical Islam. If the president continues financial support of this group, which threatens our way of life, he should be charged with treason.

The nation of Israel deserves our support, and as friends, we should have their back on this issue, helping to clear the political landscape so they can dismantle Hamas once and for all, without worrying about blow back.
