Radio Biafra

The structure of governance designed to carry the Biafra Restoration Project through the second phase has been unveiled. These are: 1) Elders Advisory Council which now replaces the compromised APC Rochas Okorocha inspired Supreme Council of Elders. 2) The Directorate of State responsible for administering the various family units in over 88 countries of the world. 3) The Army Council of Biafra will run the army from recruitment, vetting, training, procurement and combat readiness. Other offices are that of the 4) Chief of Staff, 5) Women Affairs and 6) Council of Continental Representatives. These six departments operating as one indivisible unit under the singular and overall command of the Director of Radio Biafra in consultation with the Heads of Department will ensure that the second phase cleansing of Biafraland is successfully executed.
