The igbos claim brotherliness with the people of the Niger delta and truly they have acted very well as 'senior brothers' who treat their younger brother (Niger delta) with respect.
They (igbos) ignored the fact that they are a majority group and they chose to give their full support to a minority group.
The Core-northnerns (hausa fulanis) claim we the middlebelt are their brothers. Pls my question to the House.
If an Igala, Jukun, Tiv or Berom man from the middlebelt were in the shoes of GEJ. Would the Hausa-fulanis be able to render their selfless support to him? If David Mark for instance was contesting for presidency, would he be sure to get over 95% support from the Hausa-fulanis just as the Igbos are doing for the Niger deltan minorities??
