Ebola: U.S. authorises use of diagnostic test for detection

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA, on Wednesday in Washington said a diagnostic test developed by the Department of Defence to detect Ebola has been authorised for use.

The agency said it has been authorised for use in laboratories designated by the Department of Defence to help respond to the ongoing Ebola outbreak in West Africa,
