After his speech and introduction of the products, it was time for questions and one of the hairdressers spoke in Yoruba language and Jiang jokingly snapped, Ki lo n so (what are you saying). His interaction with his customers since his 11 years sojourn in Nigeria has endeared him to the country, language and food. In this short interview, Jiang talked about his favorites. Excerpts:
What’s your favorite colour?
I like orange because that’s the colour of the company, but personally, I like black. I always wear black suits . It suits me. For the company, it’s orange , so I also like orange.
Favourite food?
Can I say Amala? I like fish pepper soup. The spice is okay, I like the hotness. We are famous for spices. If you go to China, you will know that we like spicy foods.
Favourite weather?
I like cool weather. Not too hot and not too cold, because China is too cold. The dry season in Nigeria is okay. Despite the rainy season, I like Nigerian weather.
Favorite holiday spot?
I’m always traveling due to the nature of my job. We have factories in China, Holland, South Africa, and here in Nigeria. Wherever I go, I enjoy myself. When I go to South Africa, I go to lovely spots, it’s just like a triangle and it’s a very beautiful place. Cape Town and Durban are also beautiful. I like Holland, Amsterdam and Pegamo Lake in Italy.
Favourite car?
Porsche. The car is nice.
Favourite leader?
I like Bill Clinton. He improved the United State’s economy by balancing the budget twice during his tenure. Employment was up too during his tenure. He is a very good leader.
Favourite book?
I like the Holy Bible. I’m a Christian, a Redeemed member. My parish is City of David.
Favourite sport?
I love football. I’m a Chelsea fan.
