Lady Gaga: The World View of Israel is Just Not Reality

To all you boycott Israel supporters out there (that includes you Russel Brand, Brian Eno, and Roger Waters), we have official news that we’d love to share with you.

From now on, when you spew that anti-Israel rubbish in open letters and whatnot, when you encourage others to join an economic and academic boycott of Israel, that will entail you boycotting the one and only Lady Gaga too. Throw out those CD’s that you own, and stop listening to “Bad Romance.”
Gaga just doesn’t agree with you.
Ever since the internationally acclaimed popstar played Tel Aviv on Sept. 13th, she’s been subtly raving about her experience there, after playing a captivating performance (which included a duet with Tony Bennett) to an audience of 25,000 who were singing along word-for-word.
“Put your hands up and cheer for yourselves,” she said to the crowd in Tel Aviv. “You are strong, you are brave, you are confident, and I f*cking love you, Israel.”
We f*cking love you, too.
Shortly after, Gaga said in an interview with the Associated Press that she “felt a beautiful energy” during her visit to Israel. Now, Gaga’s celebrated us yet again, this time in an interview with The Independent.
During the interview, Gaga mentions the world’s somewhat biased and negative opinion of Israel, which she refers to as misguided.
“Oh it was fantastic!” Gaga said of her Tel Aviv performance during the interview published Friday. “Tel Aviv was magnificent. The world view of Israel is just not reality. It’s in a beautiful place, the people are in good spirits.”
“I had a very emotional show with those fans. It was wonderful,” she added.
She also noted that her duet with Bennett wasn’t even planned, and that he had called her up and asked if she wanted to play “Anything But Love” together. “And I thought: ‘Gosh, how magnificent! To bridge the jazz and the pop world at the same time.’ And at that show there were 25,000 people singing every word.” http://www.jewsnews.co.il/2014/09/30/lady-gaga-the-world-view-of-israel-is-just-not-reality/
