All is set for this year’s edition of Enter D Lafta as the organizers have revealed that this year’s edition would be hosted by Pastor Ighodalo of Trinity House, Trinity House, Corporation Drive, Victoria Is­land, Lagos, on Sunday, September 21.
In a chat with The Entertainer, Edo Charles, comedian and organiser of the show said that what inspired the platform was a vow he made to God as a toddler that if God could grant his wish for a descent education, he would orga­nise an annual praise worship concert in His honour.
“We are back again with a bang! Lovers of gospel comedy wake up. This year, Enter The Lafta will be hosted by Pastor Ighodalo of Trinity House. It will also feature some of the most talented faces in comedy. Helen Paul, Omo Baba, Lepacious Bose, Gandoki, Owen Gee, Talk Talk, Buchi and Nedu among a host of other rib crackers.
“Music will be provided by Tosin Alawo, Nathaniel Bassey, Henry Soul, DJ Chris, Ibitayo Jeje and Ngozi Dancia among a host of others,” Edo Charles added stating that the show would be hosted by Pastor Ighodalo, while Red Carpet is 4pm. And guess what, gate is free!
