Both
the governor and chief judge reeled out completed projects and those
underway aimed at empowering the judiciary and making its work more
efficient.
Most Rev Paulinus Okafor, the Catholic Bishop of Awka who officiated at the legal year church service, urged judicial officers to always ensure fairness and justice and to avoid undue delays in the dispensation of justice.
