He made the declaration in Abuja yesterday while addressing a press conference on the recent calls by some Nigerians that he should resign over allegations of bias leveled against him.
The INEC boss also explained why the commission had allocated more polling units to the geo-political zones in the North than those in the South.
According to him, the decision was based on the existing number of registered voters in the country, submitting that those who were asking him to tender his resignation letter lacked adequate information on the exercise.
